$1/student pilot — one class, one term, zero risk

Give every student a private tutor.
Without the private tutor price.

Thynkr's AI adapts to each student's level, targets their weak spots, and tracks ATAR impact — giving teachers real-time visibility into what every student actually knows. Not what they say they know.

Founding rate: $249/student/year (5 schools only) · Standard: $499 · QCE-aligned · No IT setup required

The challenge

You have 25 students at 25 different levels. One lesson plan.

Year 12 teachers know differentiation matters. But with internal assessments to design, mark, and moderate — plus external exam prep — there aren't enough hours to give every student what they need. The students who can afford private tutors get personalised help. Everyone else gets the same lesson.

The teacher dashboard

See what your students actually know.

Not grades. Not self-reports. Real-time mastery data across every concept in the QCE curriculum — with misconceptions detected before they cost exam marks.

Concept mastery heatmap

Colour-coded grid of every curriculum concept, grouped by unit. See exactly where the class is strong and where they're falling behind — at a glance.

Gap detection — not just grades

Two students both score 60%. One doesn't understand the concept (comprehension gap), the other knows it but can't apply it (application gap). They need different help. Thynkr tells you which.

Misconception detection

Surfaces the exact misconceptions QCAA examiners flag — detected per student from their practice responses. Know what will cost marks before the exam.

Engagement signals

Three students haven't practised in two weeks. Active, inactive, or dormant — see who's disengaging before it becomes a grade problem, not after.

AI teaching assistant

Ask natural language questions about your class: "Which students need help before the Unit 3 test?" Get data-driven answers with specific names and action items.

Student conversation viewer

Read-only access to every AI tutor conversation your students have had. See what they actually struggle with — not what they tell you in class.

The counsellor multiplier

20 minutes per student.Make every minute count.

Guidance counsellors get 15–30 minutes per student for SET planning — and that's competing with mental health support, crisis management, and psychoeducational assessments. Career guidance gets squeezed. Thynkr gives that time back.

Before

Wally has the conversation

The student explores career interests, looks at career clusters, and has a draft pathway plan — before they walk into the counsellor's office. They arrive with context, not a blank stare.

During

The counsellor does the human work

Review Wally's summary. Ask deeper questions. Address family dynamics and emotional concerns. Zero time on data collection. 100% on the human stuff only a counsellor can do.

After

Wally follows up for months

Monthly check-ins: “You said you were interested in physiotherapy — want to explore that more?” The counsellor doesn't have to remember or chase. The digital tool handles continuity.

Career conversations halve student uncertainty — from 32% to 19% (Monash CYPEP). Most students never get enough of them. Thynkr makes them available to every student, anytime.

Implementation

Three steps. No IT department.

01

Teacher signs up

Select your school, choose your subjects and year levels. Two minutes. Done.

02

Share the link

Students sign up independently and select their school. They appear in your class roster automatically — no CSV imports, no manual entry.

03

Data flows

As students practise, you see real-time mastery data, struggle areas, misconceptions, and engagement. Ask the AI assistant any question about your class.

AI literacy

Your students already use AI.Now they'll learn to use it well.

Every school is grappling with how students use ChatGPT. Thynkr doesn't ban AI — it teaches students to use it responsibly, and gives you evidence that they're learning.

5 standalone AI modules

Prompt Engineering, Critical Evaluation, AI-Assisted Research, Ethics & Responsibility, AI for Career Planning. Each with hands-on practice and a student portfolio of evidence.

Embedded in subject practice

AI Challenges appear alongside normal practice sessions. Students spot errors in AI explanations, improve prompts, and critically evaluate output — all within Chemistry, Biology, or Maths.

AI skills profile & badges

Students discover their AI competency across four domains. Badges earned through smart AI use — not just usage volume. Skills they can articulate in interviews and applications.

Pilot report with AI literacy data

Your end-of-term report includes AI literacy growth metrics per student. Show your leadership team measurable evidence that students are learning to use AI responsibly — not just using it.

For heads of department

Your department's results.
Visible before the exam.

You're accountable for ATAR outcomes across every class in your department. Thynkr gives you the visibility to intervene early — not after the results come back.

Department-wide visibility

See mastery data across every class in your department — not just your own. Identify which units need attention across all teachers.

Evidence for leadership meetings

End-of-term outcome reports showing per-student mastery improvement. Present concrete data, not anecdotes.

QCE syllabus pre-aligned

Every question mapped to QCAA subject matter statements, cognitive verbs, and assessment structures. No alignment work for your team.

Zero teacher training required

Students self-onboard by selecting their school. Teachers sign up and their class roster builds itself. No IT setup, no CSV imports, no LMS integration.
